Society is at a frantic search for the perfect workout. National innovations such as workout equipment and new fitness programs are in the continuous process to produce such expected results. The truth of the matter is that there really isn't such a thing as the magic pill or the perfect workout that will target those specific spots that most of us wouldn't think twice about tossing out the door. Yes, this is true but all hope isn't lost, there is still a way. It's no secret really, it can be put as delicately as this: MOVE.

S.T.A.T. Training is program that gets to the point. As the saying goes, GET IN & GET OUT. If a workout is properly structured to pinpoint weak points as well as the 'engine areas' or big muscle groups 30 minuets or less can be more than enough to get the job done!©
